More people walking in the city, get hit by people doing stunts on motorcycles — needing additional medical services for their injuries!

You can just see the Oklahoma City Traffic Accident Lawyers getting revved up for this now can’t you?

Weddings in Oklahoma can be all out affairs or they can be small, intimate gatherings.  Just like weddings in other states, there is a wide variety of style, themes, colors, and locations.  However, Oklahoma has a few unique places to hold your wedding, and we sometimes have some unique ideas as to how to decorate, too.

Christmas is Here Already?!

If you love to get an early start on buying your Christmas gifts or decorations, well, get ready to shop. I was in a Hobby Lobby on July 31, and what wondrous sight did appear? Oh yes, it was the sight of St. Nicholas and signs of holiday cheer. Bad rhyming aside, there really were about a dozen aisles of Christmas decorations set up a full five months before the holiday! Christmas decorations in July?! Why? I think it’s at least three months too early!

Spraygrounds in OKC

Lately, I’ve noticed something different about some of the parks in Oklahoma City.  Some of them have taken out some equipment (or added a new area) that’s full of tall pipes and such.  At first glance, I had no idea what this was all about.  Then I saw some kids pull on handles and press buttons.  Suddenly, the whole area looks like a rain storm—all those pipes turned out to have water sprinklers inside them.

Oklahoma City Road Construction – A Rant

I don’t often use this blog for rants, but I feel the need to warn everyone (and complain) about all the recent road construction that is going on in Oklahoma City these days.  It seems like just about every major street near my house is torn up, and it’s a huge pain.

If you’re doing any travelling around downtown OKC or the northern part of the city (the part I most often drive around), then you’re in for some annoyance.  Classen, Penn Avenue, Northwest Expressway, and more are currently torn up.

The arcade includes over 100 different video games and other gamers, including Dance Dance Revolution, air hockey, pool tables, and more.  Winning games nets you tickets that can be exchanged for prizes.  Also in this large building (the main building at Celebration Station) is the restaurant.  You can get some incredibly tasty pizza here as well a hot dogs, nachos, and ice cream for dessert.  The prices here aren’t that much more expensive than places like Pizza Hut.

OKC Malls

Many people love shopping, especially shopping on vacation.  While some people (mostly men) would point out that shopping at a mall while out of town is much the same as shopping at the mall down the street from your home, sometimes it’s more the experience of being in a different mall that’s the point.  To that end, here are a few of the local Oklahoma City malls you might want to check out when you’re in town.
