October Events in OKC

Note that there are many Halloween events going on all month, including Ultimate Terrors, Haunt the Zoo, Fright Fest at Frontier City, and the Bricktown Haunted Warehouse, among others.

Also, the Traditional Cowboy Arts Association is holding their 11th annual exhibition all month at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.  You can learn how authentic saddles, bits, spurs, and other blacksmithing and leatherworking items were created and see actual demonstrations.

Comic Book Stores in OKC

An Affair of the Heart is Back!

One of the most popular events, both in Oklahoma City and on this blog, is An Affair of the Heart.  This massive crafts, collectibles, arts, and antiques show will take place on October 23, 24, and 25th this fall.  It’s held at the Oklahoma City fairgrounds at 10th and North May.  An Affair of the Heart is open on Friday and Saturday from 9 am until 6 pm and on Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm.  Admission is $6 for all three days.
